Saudi Arabian Airlines Launches NABED Health Programs, in partnership with “Onboard”
September 26, 2018

“Your Health with NABED” programs are now available in Saudi Arabian Airlines

“Your Health with NABED” programs are now part of the in-flight entertainment systems of Saudi Arabian Airlines. This comes as a result of a joint cooperation between Saudi Arabian Airlines and Nabed, a leading health education company.

“The decision to team up with Nabed came naturally, because the kingdom of Saudi Arabia is aware of the importance of health education for the sake of public health. Health awareness is also important for the wellbeing of passengers, because most of them lack the necessary information to support their health during travel.” Said Dr. Fahad Al Jarbou, VP of product marketing and management at Saudi Arabian Airlines. He also confirmed that “These first of their kind programs in the Arab world were released to accompany the traveler during his flight in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable flight”.

Mr. Adnan Abu Sharar, Nabed’s CEO, in his turn, highlighted that “Nabed is not limited anymore to providing awareness to patients and healthcare providers, but also to travelers, which is an innovative transformation in our services”. He also added, “With “Your Health with Nabed” programs, every traveler across the Saudi Arabian Airlines is now able to get medical information from reliable sources during his flight”.

In addition, Abu Sharar emphasized “Nabed is currently developing other health education services that will be spread across the Arab world”.
